Market Report / Area Conditions: There was a wild land fire in the summer of 2007 that went through parts of Moon Creek. Some lots suffered tremendous damage, some hardly any. The country side has really bounced back in the mean time. The average per acre selling price for a 20 acre parcel has been around $1000 – $1250 per acre. Some a little more, some a little less depending on the land itself. Distance to power & the county road play a part in the value of each lot. We Sell More: Our brokerage’s Internet marketing is extensive. We also use a GPS mapping program and a lap top computer to find each lot’s corners. {You can’t sell property if a buyer is unsure of the boundaries} Another reason for our success in selling is our proximity to the land itself.
